The SmartIDentity Membership Program:

• A personal FCRA-trained Recovery Advocate assigned to manage the case
• Our team of experts will develop a personalized identity recovery plan to address the victim’s specific issues
• Through a limited power of attorney, we will work on the victim’s behalf and handle all the necessary research, phone calls,
  letters, follow-ups and case documentation
• We will also contact and file disputes with creditors, bill collectors, banks, mortgage companies, and agencies such as the DMV, the SS Administration, and the U.S. Postal Service
• We are committed to continue to work with the victim until his/her identity has been restored to its pre-theft status
  Pro-active follow-up for 12 month

While you are enrolled, you will be provided with all the information, expertise and education you need to proactively protect yourself and your family. And if your identity is ever compromised or stolen, the complex and time consuming task of restoring your good name will be managed for you until you are satisfied.

SmartIDentity+ Enhanced includes:

• Fully-Managed Recovery Services – If you become a victim of identity theft, you will be assigned a Professional Identity Theft Recovery Advocate to help restore your identity to pre-event status.
• Continuous Credit Monitoring with Daily Alerts – Daily email alerts warn you about new inquires, recently opened credit accounts, change of address and other inconsistent activity that may signal a thief is at work.
• Annual Credit Report and Score – Benchmark your credit report and credit score.
• Identity Theft Education - Members receive online access to our educational website that includes protection tips, a risk quiz, identity theft related news stories, and trends. A bi-monthly newsletter is provided via email to help you fight identity theft.
